– Understand the existing system.
– Communicate with team members and other div. members to make a better idea for the system.
– Design and code for front and back side
– Attend the meeting
– Develop the system in agile

Actually, this system was before made and owned by the parent company (Persol Process & Technology). Based on it, they are building up a much better system. This system is used by many companies . Requirements the company often receives requests from their clients, they have a discussion which function needs to add or improve on the meeting , and each engineer has got own tasks from that.
-The customer support team is working very close to you, you communicate with other teams as well as your team to make better solutions.
-Since this system has been made by the parent’s company, the code has been very complexed. You need to think about the affecting area of your code.
-To understand this system better, you need to study the Japanese hiring system and industry.
-If you want to try the new product, your manager is open to discuss with you.

-Linux environment development
-Business Japanese (N1 level )
*the communication will be in Japanese. Use slack for communication, so you need to be able to read and write as well.
